CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all cosmetic tattooing bookings.

7-Day Notice Required
We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule your appointment.-
If less than 7 days’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice, your deposit can be transferred as a credit, provided you rebook the same appointment within 6 months.

Last-Minute Cancellations (within 24 hours)
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost and cannot be transferred. -
No-Shows & Touch-Up Appointments
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment, or cancel their free 4–6 week Touch-Up/Perfection Visit with less than 72 hours’ notice, will forfeit this complimentary service.
